Pastors Millie and Peter De Jesus are ordained ministers of the North Texas District of the Assemblies of God and serve together as Co-Lead Pastors of Victory Church DFW, leading with one heart and one mission. They share the responsibility of preaching and teaching God’s Word, guiding the vision, and shaping the spiritual direction of the church family.

United in purpose, Pastors Millie and Peter are committed to expanding God’s Kingdom, discipling families, and developing a church family that reflects the love, truth, and power of Jesus Christ.

They also minister in both English and Spanish throughout the nation as guest ministers for churches, conferences, and ministry events. In addition to his pastoral ministry, Pastor Peter is an author, songwriter, and recording worship artist. His books are available on Amazon, and his music is available on all major music platforms.

Pastors Chris and Sam lead our Youth and Young Adult Ministries, creating meaningful opportunities for the next generation to grow in their faith, build community, and develop a deeper relationship with Christ. Every Wednesday evening, they prepare engaging and intentional experiences for our youth students, welcoming both students from our church and those from the surrounding community.

On Sunday evenings, Chris and Sam lead and mentor our Young Adults through Bible study and fellowship at our church in DeSoto, helping them navigate life and faith while encouraging them to grow as followers of Christ.

In addition to their pastoral ministry, Chris and Sam oversee the church’s visual and creative needs, including photography, media, and other visual content. They also lead our Café ministry, helping create a welcoming environment where people can connect and build community.

Pastors Tyler and Christian Fielden both serve as the Kids Pastors, bringing joy, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping children grow in their relationship with Jesus and in the truth of God’s Word.

Pastor Tyler leads our Kids Church, working alongside his team each Sunday to create engaging, age-appropriate experiences where children can learn the foundational truths of Scripture, grow in their faith, and develop a love for God.

Pastor Christian leads our Nursery Ministry, creating a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for our infants and toddlers. Through intentional care and a heart for families, the Nursery Ministry allows parents and caregivers to worship with confidence, knowing their little ones are being cared for by a loving and dedicated team.

Pastor Gabriella Quist serves as our Worship Pastor, providing leadership and pastoral oversight for all of our worship teams and worship expressions. With a heart that deeply longs for the presence of God, she leads our congregation into powerful times of worship each week, creating an environment where people can encounter Jesus through praise and worship.

Beyond leading our worship teams, Pastor Gabriella also oversees our Creative Arts ministries, including expressions such as flag ministry, dance, and other forms of creative worship. Through these ministries, she helps our church express worship in diverse and meaningful ways while pointing people to Jesus.

Her husband, Pastor Jackson Quist, leads our Production Ministry, overseeing the technical and production elements that support every service and ministry experience. This includes our livestream, cameras, website, church app, and other digital and technical needs. With excellence, creativity, and a strong attention to detail, Pastor Jackson and his team work behind the scenes to ensure that our services are produced with excellence and that the message of Jesus can reach people both in the room and online.
